Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth of FMCG and Agro products within the assigned territory
- Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market coverage
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and dealers to ensure sustainable business growth
- Conduct regular order collection activities and ensure effective product merchandising in retail and wholesale outlets
- Monitor and collect outstanding receivables while ensuring timely payment realization through effective follow-up and coordination
- Perform regular market visits to assess market conditions, monitor competitor activities, and ensure optimal product availability and visibility
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including market feedback, sales performance, and business development updates
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience
- Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing
