Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting (source → close)
- Proactively source high-performing candidates (retail, hospitality, fitness, etc.)
- Build pipelines of passive talent
- Partner directly with hiring leaders
- Drive hiring decisions and close candidates
- Manage pipeline and activity metrics
Requirements
- Recruiting, sales, or high-performance background
- Strong competitive drive and urgency
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively
- Highly organized and accountable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $90K–$160K total compensation range (base + un-capped bonus)
