Executive Recruiter
Position Summary
The Executive Recruiter thrives off of Talent Acquisition strategy, insight, and influence. In this role, you’ll partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to shape the leadership talent that powers our organization—partnering closely with senior executives to define what great looks like and bringing the market expertise to go find it. You’ll lead high-impact searches from end to end, craft thoughtful and forward-looking sourcing strategies, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects the strength and ambition of our brand. This person moves confidently in fast-paced environments, builds trust quickly, and knows how to engage and attract exceptional leaders who elevate the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle executive searches and develop targeted, insight-driven search strategies, leveraging market mapping, competitive intelligence, and proactive outreach.
- Partner with senior leaders to define role expectations, success profiles, and informed hiring decisions.
- Deliver a smooth, high-quality candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication and thoughtful engagement.
- Manage structured, organized interview processes, including kickoffs, calibrations, debriefs, and offer alignment.
- Build and maintain strong leadership pipelines to support current and future organizational needs.
- Use talent analytics and market insights to guide search strategies and influence stakeholder decisions.
- Enhance Talent Acquisition operations by maintaining high-quality ATS/CRM data and supporting process efficiencies, governance, and consistency.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in TA tools, AI tools, systems, and reporting, offering insights that elevate overall effectiveness.
- Represent the organization externally, cultivating relationships that strengthen our leadership talent network and employer brand.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with significant focus on senior/executive-level roles.
- Experience in retail, consumer, or omnichannel/digital businesses; strong understanding of how store, digital, and supply chain functions connect to drive customer experience.
- Background in executive search (retained or boutique) and/or in-house executive recruiting supporting VP/C-suite stakeholders.
- Proven track record managing multiple executive searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions using data and market insight.
- Strong direct sourcing skills: research, map target companies, engage passive talent, and build long-term relationships.
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems and leveraging recruiting analytics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, diversity metrics, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay
$120,000 - $150,000 annually depending on background and experience. The pay range(s) listed are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
