Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across various industries, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and utilizing recruitment databases.
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Provide consultative guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings as needed.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer process for candidates.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to recruiting activities and placements.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future searches.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market compensation rates, and talent pools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in direct hire or full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
