Responsibilities
- Deliver a disciplined and high-touch candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
- Own end-to-end executive searches across various segments within the company
- Design and execute data-driven search strategies backed by market intelligence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders regarding talent markets and role calibration
- Anchor hiring decisions in evidence through structured assessments and market insights
- Build future-ready executive talent networks by engaging with industrial communities
- Act as an ambassador for the company’s mission to attract experienced leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in complex, global organizations
- 4+ years leading executive searches at the VP or officer level, in-house within a Fortune 500 company or at a global retained executive search firm
- Proven success in recruiting executive leaders in a metrics-driven manufacturing or heavy-industry environment
- Expertise in executive compensation, long-term incentives, and negotiation skills
- Strong executive presence and communication skills to influence leaders
- Advanced skills in talent analytics, market mapping, and AI for research and decision-making
Pay
$122,400 – $203,900 annually
