About the Role
This is an opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious professional with previous Executive Assistant experience and strong G Suite skills. You'll support and work alongside a talented, humble, and incredibly busy group of executives and executive assistants. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior Sales Leaders, including heavy calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, team events/offsites, and other responsibilities designed to maximize executive and team productivity.
- Prepare weekly briefing documents that provide executives with an at-a-glance view of their schedules, identify potential calendar conflicts, highlight external meetings, and flag where preparation or travel time may be needed.
- Remain adaptable and capable of supporting additional executives as business needs evolve.
- Partner with the broader Executive Assistant team on shared administrative responsibilities, including company-wide events, executive virtual offsites, and backup coverage for teammates during PTO.
- Schedule internal and external meetings and proactively follow up with attendees to confirm logistics and support preparation of meeting materials.
- Facilitate communication, coordination, and organization across teams.
- Represent the executive team and organization with professionalism, kindness, discretion, and efficiency at all times.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of administrative experience.
- Professional experience using G Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing communication.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate interpersonal relationships thoughtfully and professionally.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to thoroughly review information and email correspondence before responding.
- Comfortable working in an environment with continuous tactical requests and shifting priorities.
- Passionate about providing excellent administrative support and continuing to grow and develop as an Executive Assistant.
- Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through.

$30-$35/hour
Schedule
6-month contract with potential to convert to permanent. 4 days/week hybrid in NYC (10011).
