Oversee and manage the treatment program as Program Director, including additional oversight of 3-6 residential treatment centers (RTC) and outpatient (OP) programs. Responsibilities cover all facilities functions, staff, and patients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure quality across all managed programs, driving continuous improvement.
- Conduct weekly treatment team meetings at each location to maintain consistent communication, monitor patient progress, and foster a team-based approach.
- Communicate with referral sources and outpatient providers for continuity of care at admission, midpoint, and discharge.
- Facilitate patient transfers to higher levels of care as needed.
- Engage in clinical outreach and provide program tours.
- Provide on-call support to the facility and coordinate with the On-Call Administrator.
- Maintain timely and effective communication with home office departments.
- Facilitate Multi-Family, Family Program, and/or Family Weekend sessions.
- Oversee timekeeping for clinical employees, ensuring accurate and timely submission of timecards to payroll.
- Manage the patient intake process, including paperwork, consent forms, and communication with the home office.
- Oversee the patient discharge process and delegate duties to milieu staff.
- Participate in weekly treatment team meetings, document notes, and create treatment team overview notes for staff review.
- Coordinate and communicate weekly community outings for approved patients.
- Manage patient charts and facilitate audits in a timely manner.
- Ensure proficiency in all Joint Commission and HIPAA policies and procedures.
- Oversee weekly kitchen audits, food rotation, and sanitation.
- Monitor the budget and report facility overages to Operations.
- Maintain the facility and report environment of care issues to the home office weekly.
- Maintain the facility vehicle.
- Perform or assign emergency drills and complete required documentation.
- Obtain training and login credentials for state CHRIS and CONNECT systems (Virginia only).
Requirements
- Three years of management experience.
- Master’s degree or higher.
- Two years of mental health experience in a residential or hospital setting.
- Current, valid Driver’s License in good standing.
Pay
$120,000–140,000 salary.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday.
