Responsibilities
- Lead major game initiatives and franchises, ensuring excellence and alignment with portfolio objectives
- Act as the primary liaison for development teams, managing schedules and fostering strong relationships
- Create and drive project roadmaps, ensuring quality standards and alignment with strategic goals
- Assess and evaluate milestone achievements and gameplay quality, integrating stakeholder feedback
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, maintaining a detailed risk register to prevent production delays
- Align team efforts with broader strategic objectives of the portfolio
Qualifications
- 15+ years in Video Game Production with successful track record in both Publishing and Development
- Expertise across all game development stages, particularly in complex AA (or larger) game releases
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide diverse teams and manage cross-functional relationships effectively
- Excellent communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Analytical mindset to assess project progress and find improvement areas
- Creative problem-solving skills to navigate and mitigate challenges in production
- Up-to-date knowledge of gaming industry trends and player preferences
