Executive Producer, Party Games

Responsibilities

• Influence game production strategy to drive portfolio success
• Lead and mentor producers, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture
• Build connections with cross-functional teams to solve complex issues
• Drive strategic initiatives that support team success and align with goals
• Serve as an advocate for the games, presenting updates and challenges to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Video Game Production experience, including Development, Publishing, and LiveOps
• Proven success managing large game portfolios and delivering quality outcomes at various scales
• Expertise in Party and Puzzle Games
• Strong grasp of end-to-end game development processes including design, programming, art, and audio
• Excel in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills
