Executive Producer, Entertainment
NVE Experience Agency is a brand experience and production agency dedicated to building ideas rooted in culture and guided by the principle that “The Right Moment Will Transform Someone Forever.” NVE’s team of creatives, strategists, and producers develop insight-driven ideas that convert consumer attention into commitment, action, and brand loyalty.
About the role
NVE Experience Agency seeks an Executive Producer to lead large-scale experiential programs from concept through execution. - Lead large-scale, high-complexity experiential programs from concept through strike, including brand activations, conferences, product launches, press events, and multi-city tours.
- Be on-site during load-in, strike, technical rehearsals, and show flow, working alongside production and technical teams.
- Solve problems in real time and make critical decisions to meet schedule, budget, or client needs.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to NVE’s standards.
- Manage clear communication across internal teams and agency partners throughout each project.
- Client Management
- Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring client needs are heard, understood, and addressed.
- Provide clear communications to clients regarding roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, and schedules.
- Budget Management
- Build and own project budgets from initial estimate through final reconciliation.
- Set target margins with production leadership, track spend against budget, and flag variances early.
- Oversee coordination with internal teams on invoices and vendor payments.
- Support the finance team by ensuring timely project closeout.
- Negotiate directly with vendors and production partners to secure the best value without compromising quality.
- New Business
- Support the agency’s new business pipeline by contributing production expertise to pitches and RFP responses.
- Translate pitch concepts into realistic scopes, budgets, and timelines to ensure deliverability.
- Transition wins into delivery, carrying scope, budget, and assumptions intact to the project team.
- Team Management
- Build, lead, and develop teams, mentoring producers and production managers through hands-on work.
- Work with production leadership to create training and development plans, including goal setting and performance tracking.
- Hold regular check-ins to provide feedback and foster a collaborative team environment.
