Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of institutional clients including private equity, private credit, venture capital, hedge funds, and real asset managers
- Drive new business development through targeted outreach, networking, and attendance at industry conferences
- Lead the full sales cycle independently including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Present bespoke FX and hedging solutions to senior decision-makers such as CFOs, Treasurers, and Portfolio Managers
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across institutional markets
- Partner with trading and structuring desks to deliver tailored execution and hedging solutions
- Stay informed on market trends, macroeconomic drivers, and institutional investment activity
- Represent Monex USA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams including trading, structuring, risk, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless execution
- Provide market feedback and client insights to support product development and business strategy
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate CRM reporting
Requirements
- 3–6 years of institutional sales experience in FX or a related financial services environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Established institutional network across relevant investor segments
- Strong understanding of FX products, derivatives, and financial markets
- Confident communicator with strong presence in front of senior stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline independently
- Strong organizational skills and commercial judgment
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience covering institutional investors such as private equity, hedge funds, and asset managers
- Exposure to FX options, structured products, or hedging solutions
- Experience working alongside trading or structuring desks
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
