Executive - Customer Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused and target-oriented Executive – Customer Sales to join our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer communications through social media, inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, generating sales opportunities and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer messages and inquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other social media channels.
• Attend and manage inbound customer calls professionally and promptly.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for follow-ups, sales conversion and customer retention.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into confirmed sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve issues.
• Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and customer service KPIs.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Store and Operations teams when required.
• Provide regular updates to the CRM/Sales Manager regarding leads, sales and customer feedback.
• Work according to assigned day and night shifts and ensure proper handover between shifts.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
