About the role
The Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Hotel Avail, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton Rogers, AR, supports the Executive Housekeeper in ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Transforms guest rooms into inviting accommodations ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Empowers hotel staff to deliver great guest service.
- Inspects rooms to ensure brand cleanliness standards are met and exceeded for both guest rooms and public areas.
- Plans work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests.
- Recruits housekeeping staff that will model the PEACH way.
- Emphasizes training and development to empower employees to provide excellent guest service.
- Communicates openly with staff to handle their concerns, provides them guidance and sets them up for success.
Requirements
- Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
- Attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining timelines.
