• Leading and managing the housekeeping team; overseeing laundry and cleanliness of hotel tower common areas; managing the activities and functions of a housekeeping department, including monitoring of the budget, staffing issues, and operation performance; ensuring delivery of quality service and cleanliness consistent with Hard Rock objectives and brand standards.
