Executive Housekeeper - $75k/year

Responsibilities

• Schedule, evaluate, and direct all housekeeping associates, including room attendants, house aides, floor supervisors, and laundry associates.
• Coach and counsel associates, providing disciplinary action when necessary.
• Coordinate daily activities and plan for sufficient staffing to clean guest rooms and public areas.
• Review the Manager on Duty log and follow up where needed.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure the quality assurance program is being followed.
• Maintain sufficient inventory of supplies and cleaning materials.
• Supervise the daily operation of both housekeeping and in-house laundry.
• Interview, hire, and train new housekeeping team members.

Pay

$60,000–$75,000 per year.
