About the role
The Executive Host at Live! Casino and Hotel is a key position responsible for increasing rated play, driving incremental trips and revenue from VIP players, and managing relationships with these guests.
Responsibilities
- Grow actual revenues annually, consistent with property plan and cross property goals.
- Develop and maintain guest loyalty and incremental visitation through personal contact methods like telephone, on-property hosting, off-property entertaining, telemarketing, direct mail, and email.
- Manage constant contact and communications with VIP players through telemarketing and email, resolving customer complaints to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Service VIP players during special events.
- Monitor and adjust performance to local competition.
- Ensure a quality gaming experience through personal services and meeting the needs of VIP players.
- Review VIP activities and promotional status with Director/Vice President of Relationship Marketing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Three (2) to five (5) years' experience in marketing, sales, and/or gaming.
- A Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proven success in a venue environment.
- Knowledge of Player Tracking Systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of all gaming regulations.
- Ability to recognize problem gaming signs and deal with them appropriately.
- Flexible working hours including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in an alcohol and smoking environment.
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Ability to work in small, confined areas.
- Ability to bend at the waist.
- Ability to reach above the head.
- Ability to climb ladders and use Genie Lifts.
