Executive Functioning/ADHD Coach (In-Person) - Manhattan, NYC
This is a part-time position, approximately 10-15 hours a week. Hours depend on the nature of requests.
About the role
As a learning-processing company, The Ladder Method believes in our philosophy: that coaching is more than homework help—coaching is accessibility to content and encouraging students to learn how they learn! We are looking for coaches who are passionate about teaching Time Management and Study Skills with students who have learning differences. We seek coaches with a background in psychology or educational therapy and very firm boundaries with teenagers/young adults, including LMFT counselors and coaches with a background in Clinical or Educational Psychology.
Requirements
- Manhattan resident
- BA or BS or higher required
- Driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Executive Function coaching experience
- Firm boundaries
- Available for weekday afternoons and evenings and one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday)
- Available for up to 12-15 hours per week
- Experience serving high net-worth clients a plus
- Experience in NY Independent and Private schools highly desired
This is a great opportunity for those in psychology or education master's programs looking for a part-time position.

Pay
Compensation depends on experience and is for in-person tutoring. The upper range of compensation is for advanced degrees and experience.
