The Springs at Wilsonville is dedicated to providing personalized care and support tailored to each resident's unique needs, with a focus on assisted living and memory care. Our community includes 65 assisted living and 51 memory care apartments, all designed to help older adults live life to their fullest.
About the role
The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of community operations and report directly to the Regional Director of Operations. We are looking for a nurturing healthcare leader committed to always doing "The Right Thing." Ideal candidates will demonstrate an authentic, collaborative, and influential leadership style, with a passion for serving older adults and supporting caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Assure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Adhere to community budget and complete monthly financial variance reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality through recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employees.
- Ensure all employees receive consistent education and training, including fulfilling any federal and/or state regulations, through new employee orientation and regular training classes.
- Identify service needs of all residents through initial contact, screening, and subsequent evaluation processes.
- Address service needs of all residents through development and implementation of service plans.
- Ensure adherence to all department systems to meet the mission and goals of each department.
- Promptly and effectively address resident, employee, or physical plant problems that arise after usual business hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred.
- Current ALF/RCF Administrator license required.
- 5+ years of experience as a senior living Executive Director.
- Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of assisted living and memory care regulations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical background.
