Executive Director

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee branch operations, including P&L, budgeting, KPIs, and overall operational performance.
• Build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and community partners.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives, including expansion of our skilled home health, private duty nursing, and Parent CNA programs.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, accreditation standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Champion quality assurance, infection control, and continuous operational improvement.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify new opportunities for growth and service expansion.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably within home care, home health, or healthcare operations.
• Experience managing branch operations, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
• Prominent success leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong business development skills with experience building referral and community partnerships.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare compliance, licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred.
