What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Oversee branch operations, including P&L, budgeting, KPIs, and overall operational performance.
- Build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and community partners.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives, including expansion of our skilled home health, private duty nursing, and Parent CNA programs.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing, accreditation standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Champion quality assurance, infection control, and continuous operational improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify new opportunities for growth and service expansion.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably within home care, home health, or healthcare operations.
- Experience managing branch operations, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
- Prominent success leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong business development skills with experience building referral and community partnerships.
- Solid knowledge of healthcare compliance, licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred.
