BasePoint is seeking a dynamic, driven, and influential Executive Director to lead our Arlington clinic. Responsibilities
- Set the pace for the clinic, translating organizational goals into clear priorities and action.
- Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team that understands where it is going and is energized to get there.
- Take ownership of clinic performance and monthly KPIs, identifying opportunities and acting quickly when results need to improve.
- Communicate the big picture in a way that helps your team understand not only what needs to happen, but why it matters.
- Lead with visibility and presence, remaining actively engaged in treatment teams and day-to-day clinic operations.
- Ensure BasePoint programs are implemented consistently and at the highest standard.
- Partner with leadership to coach, develop, and improve team performance.
- Identify operational barriers, develop solutions, and move ideas into action quickly.
- Partner with Admissions and Utilization Review to support access to care and appropriate payment for services.
