Arbor Terrace Prince William Commons is an award-winning senior living community in Woodbridge, Virginia, offering exceptional Assisted Living and Memory Care. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead the community. Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the community
• Maintain full responsibility for the community's P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of department leaders
• Drive strong resident, family, and team member satisfaction
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to support occupancy and revenue goals
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents and team members
• Establish clear expectations and accountability while fostering a positive, collaborative culture
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve operational performance and the resident experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active Virginia ALF Administrator's license required
• At least 3 years of senior living operations leadership experience, ideally at the Executive Director/Administrator level
• Demonstrated success managing P&L, budgets, occupancy, and financial goals
• Proven ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing leadership teams
• Strong knowledge of employee performance management and relevant HR practices
• Thorough understanding of senior living regulations, operational best practices, and industry trends
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as experience utilizing CRM and operational systems

Pay

Salary: $150k+, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership success.
