Executive Director, RN
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinates and completes assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company
- Oversight of the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care
- Implementation and maintenance of administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
- Enhancement of the profitability of the agency
- Providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or a related field
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
- State Specific Requirement: FL - The ED may also be the Director of Nursing (DON) if the agency has less than a total of 10 full time equivalent employees and contracted personnel. If the director of nursing serves as the director of nursing for more than two licensed home health agencies, then the director of nursing shall designate, in writing, an alternate director of nursing to serve during the director of nursing's absence
Preferred Qualifications
- Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
- Home care experience
- Prominent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prominent ability to work independently
- Prominent excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
Pay and Benefits
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
The salary for this role will range from $81,776 to $122,664 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
