Executive Director - RN

Primary Responsibilities

• Covers coordination and completion of assigned projects to support company objectives
• Oversees patient eligibility, service planning, and staff supervision
• Implements and maintains administrative practices and policies
• Affirms agency profitability and staff motivation
• Serves as a liaison with management and other departments

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory/administrative experience
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, or public transportation access
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Home care experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (subject to eligibility).

The salary range for this role is $77,472 to $116,208 annually based on full-time employment. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
