Executive Director, Private Banking

About the role

The Northwest Bank Executive Director of Private Banking will oversee the Private Bank offering, including its delivery across various geographic areas. This role involves managing a team, enhancing client experiences, and driving revenue through a range of financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Private Bank team in strategic markets
• Develop and enhance core business metrics
• Perform market analysis to improve client experience and generate revenue
• Collaborate with various business line leaders to ensure consistent Wealth Management delivery
• Create and maintain competitive Private Bank offerings
• Work with Marketing teams to develop internal and external brand recognition
• Manage pipeline and activities to achieve revenue and budgetary goals
• Stay updated on market trends, investments, and private banking products
• Lead internal training sessions on the Private Bank offering and Wealth Management Group products
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Participate in talent calibration, succession planning, and compensation decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Master's Degree in MS, MBA preferred
• More than 15 years of Financial Services experience
• 8 - 12 years of Wealth Management & Private Banking experience
• Licenses and certifications: CTFA, CFP, FINRA SIE, Series 6, Series 7 upon hire
