Responsibilities
- Lead development of enterprise-wide employee experience strategy
- Design end-to-end employee journey mapping from recruitment to retirement
- Develop and refine the employee value proposition aligned with company culture
- Collaborate with HC leaders and business units on experience initiatives
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on engagement and culture
- Manage high-impact employee experience projects across various life cycle stages
- Utilize data to improve employee engagement and transition processes
Qualifications
- 15+ years of HR, People Strategy, or organizational leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Proven track record in employee experience and journey mapping initiatives
- Strong data analysis skills for qualitative and quantitative insights
- Experience leading teams in complex global organizations
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and achieve cross-functional alignment
- Deep knowledge of employee experience best practices
