Responsibilities

  • Lead development of enterprise-wide employee experience strategy
  • Design end-to-end employee journey mapping from recruitment to retirement
  • Develop and refine the employee value proposition aligned with company culture
  • Collaborate with HC leaders and business units on experience initiatives
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on engagement and culture
  • Manage high-impact employee experience projects across various life cycle stages
  • Utilize data to improve employee engagement and transition processes

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of HR, People Strategy, or organizational leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Proven track record in employee experience and journey mapping initiatives
  • Strong data analysis skills for qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Experience leading teams in complex global organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and achieve cross-functional alignment
  • Deep knowledge of employee experience best practices
