About the role

Responsible for providing compassionate care to patients and their families in hospice settings. Works closely with healthcare providers to manage pain and other distressing symptoms.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Current certification in hospice and palliative care
• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Emotional resilience and empathy
