About the role
The Executive Director leads operations at Balfour Littleton, focusing on resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial performance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Achieve associate engagement, resident loyalty, and high financial performance
- Effectively manage all operational areas of the community
- Ensure that residents receive appropriate care
- Conduct community business planning and forecasting
- Achie results for revenue growth and expense management
- Create and manage the operating and CapEx budgets
- Manage vendor relationships
- Execute and support the Sales Leadership process
- Apply knowledge of the competition, industry trends
- Improve and/or redesign pricing, programs and services
- Create and implement a sales and marketing plan to achieve occupancy and NOI growth
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., worker’s compensation, Assisted Living regulations, OSHA, etc.)
Requirements

- College degree
- Master’s degree in Business Management preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ management level experience
- Experience in senior living, hospitality, hotel or service industries preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
