About the role
Pinnacle Treatment Centers is a growing leader in addiction treatment services, providing care to over 35,000 patients daily. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a growing treatment facility.
Responsibilities
- Affirm compliance with CARF, State and County Standards, including confidential regulations under state and federal laws.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing company policies and procedures, including patient and teammate rights according to agency, state, federal, and accreditation standards.
- Administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization.
- Participate in the Performance Improvement Plan for patient care, teammate retention, and performance.
- Assess participant needs through outcome surveys, suggestions, and meetings to ensure consistent, quality care.
- Assign duties based on education, training, competencies, and job descriptions.
- Maintain community relationships and develop memorandums of agreement with community resources.
- Supervise all staff, including medical, clinical, and administrative personnel.
- Maintain a system to review and verify credentials annually for teammate renewals and compliance.
- Ensure policies for documentation in the patient's record are adhered to and timely.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of staff and patients through the development and implementation of policies and procedures addressing health and safety accreditation standards.
- Conduct annual performance reviews of supervisory, medical, and support team members.
- Coordinate with the contact center to manage admissions program for census management.
- Attend team meetings and complete all required training courses on time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university in human services field OR an associate’s degree plus relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of the required education.
- Five (5) years’ experience in management.
- Ability to coordinate the organization’s services with other community resources.
- Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorder or mental health treatment facility.
- Management skills in addressing human resources and financial matters.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to travel up to 25% including overnights, local events and meetings.

Pay
Pay Range: $70,304/year to $79,500/year
