Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, or a related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in facilities management, real estate, construction, capital project management, property administration, or a related field, including responsibility for strategic planning, budgeting, and operational oversight.
- Seven (7) years of experience leading and developing teams, including direct supervision of professional, technical, and operational staff.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record as it relates to Hope Network policy.
- Demonstrated experience managing real estate transactions, facility acquisitions and dispositions, leases, construction projects, capital improvement programs, service contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and effectively partner with executive leadership, legal counsel, operations, finance, and external stakeholders in a matrixed organizational environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management, contract administration, risk management, regulatory compliance, and facilities-related operational practices.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence outcomes, build consensus, and lead through organizational change.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical, operational, or business matters to executive leadership, governing bodies, and non-technical audiences.
