Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the University’s enterprise digital strategy
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the University’s digital presence
  • Establish digital experience standards and governance models
  • Oversee digital analytics and search engine optimization initiatives
  • Manage digital transformation projects from planning through implementation
  • Collaborate with departments to enhance digital services and engagement
  • Leverage analytics and user research for data-informed decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Seven years of experience in digital strategy, web management, or related areas
  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale digital projects
  • Experience utilizing web analytics to inform decisions
