About the role

The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com. Responsibilities include improving user experience, analyzing data trends, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
  • Analyze data trends to inform product development and user experience improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to data processing and privacy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and functionalities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests related to the Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT operations.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and databases.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Experience with user interface design and usability testing.
