Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related fields
- Experience managing people, budgets, and operational performance
- Approachable, collaborative leadership style—skilled in coaching and accountability
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with technology, including MS Office 365 and web-based systems
