This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead Global Medical Affairs strategies for Cardiovascular-Repatha
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align scientific and medical objectives
- Drive excellence in launch planning and evidence generation
- Oversee global congress strategy and scientific engagement activities
- Engage with key opinion leaders and professional societies
- Support strategic planning for medical education initiatives
- Ensure effective resource management and budget allocation
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree & 6 years of medical affairs experience or Master’s degree & 10 years of experience or Bachelor's degree & 12 years of experience required
- 6+ years of managerial experience managing teams or projects
- Preferred MD
- Significant experience with product launches and lifecycle management
- Strong specialty knowledge in cardiovascular disease and medical education
Pay
$325,302 – $440,114 annually
