The Cochran Housing Authority is seeking an experienced public housing administrator or Executive Director to oversee and direct a small public-housing agency located in Cochran, Georgia, with 115 RAD-converted housing units (Section 8 – HCV).
About the role
- Supervise between 3 to 5 employees
- Report to a Board of Commissioners
- Position requires relocation to Cochran (Bleckley County), Georgia within a reasonable time
Requirements
- Four-year college degree
- Experience in landlord-tenant and fair housing laws
