We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Include sections only when posting has real specific content. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role? There's a "Why Join Us?" bullet points: Innovative Environment, Collaborative Culture, Global Impact. Could be "About the role" or "Why Join Us". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map content accordingly. We have Position Summary paragraph: "The Executive Director, Clinical Operations serves as the operational deputy..." That's about the role. We have Location: Global (US / Germany; Remote) Reports To: Vice President, Clinical Operations Salary Range: $270,000 to $300,000 We have Basic Qualifications bullet list. We have Preferred Qualifications bullet list. We have Key Responsibilities with subheadings: Integrated Clinical Operations Leadership, Portfolio Execution & Operational Oversight, People, Talent & Organizational Leadership, Resource, Budget & Vendor Management, Operational Excellence, Systems & Quality, Transformation & Future Readiness. Those are responsibilities. We have "What do we offer?" Benefits list. We have Pay: Salary Range. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule section. We also have "Benefits" section. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, Reasonable Accommodations, Work Authorization, Pre-Employment Requirements. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to format using

for each section heading. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We need to use

for prose. We need to not repeat job title as heading. We need to not include Job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

      About the role

      Position Summary ...

Location: Global (US / Germany; Remote). Reports To: Vice President, Clinical Operations.

But location and reports to could be separate

or combined. We also have Salary Range: could be Pay section. We have Basic Qualifications: list. Preferred Qualifications: list. Responsibilities: we have multiple sub-sections; we could group under Responsibilities heading with nested lists? The instruction: Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a
          with each responsibility as
        • . Could also include sub-bullets? Might be okay to just list each bullet as
        • . The responsibilities have headings inside; we could keep them as part of
        • text. Better: For each responsibility category, we could have

but not allowed; only h3 for section headings. So we can just list them as
        • with the category bold? But we cannot add extra tags not specified? Not prohibited but better to keep simple. We'll produce:

          Responsibilities

          • Integrated Clinical Operations Leadership: Operational Deputy: Lead day-to-day operations ... etc.
          • Portfolio Execution & Operational Oversight: Portfolio-Wide Visibility: ...
          • ... etc.
Similarly for Qualifications: Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications could be combined under Requirements? The instruction includes Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We could have Requirements for Basic Qualifications, and Qualifications for Preferred Qualifications. Or combine both under Requirements. But we have both sections; we can make two sections: Requirements (Basic) and Qualifications (Preferred). Use
          • for each. Benefits: list. Pay: Salary Range. Schedule: not present, omit. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now ensure we preserve all substantive info: The "Why Join Us?" bullet points: Innovative Environment, Collaborative Culture, Global Impact. Where to place? Could be under About the role as a

or maybe under a separate section like "Why Join Us?" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph. We'll include them as a

under About the role maybe as "Why Join Us:" but not a heading. Could be a

              with bullet list. Let's craft:

              About the role

The Executive Director, Clinical Operations serves as the operational deputy and strategic partner to the VP, Clinical Operations. This high-impact executive role provides integrated leadership across the entire clinical operations ecosystem. • Global Impact: Contribute to therapies that make a lasting impact on patients globally.
But we used a heading "Why Join Us?" which is not allowed per instruction (only specific headings). Better to avoid that heading; we can embed the list directly after a

              without a heading. For example:

              Why Join Us:

                ...
But "Why Join Us:" is not a heading; it's just text. That's okay. Now Pay section:

              Salary Range: $270,000 to $300,000
