This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen operating cadence, decision quality, and enterprise execution within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and compliance across Clinical Business Operations
- Oversee site contracts, payments, and budget forecasting for accuracy
- Lead governance processes including business reviews and risk management
- Monitor key performance indicators related to site contracts and budgeting
- Ensure operational documentation remains audit-ready and compliant with regulations
- Provide oversight for outsourced vendors and external partnerships
- Supervise and mentor team members to foster a high-performing environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Science, Finance, Health Economics, or related fields
- 14+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, site budgets, and contracts
- 20+ years of experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, CTMS, and Contract Lifecycle Management Systems
- Strong executive communication and analytical skills, with a focus on financial data analysis

Pay
$271,800 – $351,800 annually
