Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and treasury functions for 25+ clients overseeing $1.4B in medical costs
- Oversee monthly and year-end close processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare client accounting packages and address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Manage annual audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
- Handle 1099 generation for applicable stakeholders and oversee bank account management
- Plan and forecast cash flows and manage disbursements for clients
- Facilitate effective communication between executive leadership and client Physician leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience required
- Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles and managing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Highly analytical with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Experience in the Healthcare sector, particularly with value-based care, Medicare Advantage, and risk-sharing agreements
