Director of Accounting Client Services

About the role

Franchise Resource provides bookkeeping and financial services specifically for franchise businesses, helping franchise owners better understand their numbers and run stronger businesses. The Director of Accounting Client Services leads the Client Services team and oversees the client experience for the franchise owners we serve.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships
• Develop and support the Client Services team
• Ensure clients receive consistent, timely, and high-quality service
• Mentor team members
• Manage priorities and workloads
• Provide guidance on more complex client needs
• Identify ways to strengthen processes and improve the client experience
• Work closely with leadership to enhance operations and support the continued growth of the company

Requirements

• Background in finance or accounting
• Residence within 1–2 hours of Omaha, NE for occasional in-person team meetings and trainings

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services
• Strong understanding of financial statements, able to read and interpret financial reports
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing a client services or similar team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership
• Strong client relationship and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
• Comfortable reviewing financial statements and explaining financial information to clients
• Experience working with small businesses or franchise owners is a plus

Pay

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
