Responsibilities
- Implement strategic vision to enhance Cornell's presence in DC
- Develop academic and experiential learning initiatives
- Build relationships to support student learning and program visibility
- Partner with academic leadership on curriculum management
- Lead and supervise DC-based staff, fostering collaboration
- Oversee budgeting, finance, and facilities operations
- Teach courses and actively engage with students
Qualifications
- Master's degree required; 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Background in government, think tanks, nonprofits, or academia preferred
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
- Experience in academic leadership or program management
