Executive Director Boulder Park Terrace

The Executive Director of Boulder Park Terrace shall be responsible and accountable for the overall internal and external operation of the facility, and shall direct all activities of the facility to ensure compliance with established standards. The Executive Director is directly responsible to the President of McLaren Northern Michigan or his designee, and the Board of Trustees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effective operation of all activities of Boulder Park Terrace;
• interpretation and administration of the policies of the Board of Trustees;
• utilization and development of Boulder Park Terrace human, financial and technical resources;
• maintenance of high quality professional patient and medical care service;
• participation in community health programs;
• financial integrity of Boulder Park Terrace.

Qualifications

• Graduate in nursing home administration, business administration, or equivalent;
• Licensed nursing home administrator;
• Prior experience in nursing home administration of at least (5) years is preferred.

Requirements

• The Executive Director shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees upon the recommendation of the President of the McLaren Northern Michigan.
• The term of the appointment shall be negotiable and the conditions of employment shall be recorded in a letter of agreement.
