Executive Director

About the role

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, including strategic planning, fundraising, member engagement, and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and development initiatives
• Manage fundraising efforts to support organizational goals
• Engage and retain members through various programs and events
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of executive-level experience in nonprofit management
• Proven track record of successful fundraising and community engagement
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural or related fields preferred
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations applicable to nonprofits
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule

The Executive Director will work a standard Monday through Friday schedule, typically 9 AM to 5 PM.
