Executive Director
Primary Responsibilities
- Covers coordination and completion of assigned projects to support company objectives
- Oversees patient eligibility, service planning, and staff supervision
- Implements and maintains administrative practices and policies
- Affirms agency profitability and staff motivation
- Acts as a liaison with management and other departments
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory/administrative experience in home healthcare or related field
- Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, or public transportation access
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Home care experience preferred
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently
Pay and Benefits
- Salary range: $91,700 to $163,700 annually
