About the Role

The Medical Loan Closet is seeking a part-time (up to 30 hours per week) Executive Director to champion our mission of providing affordable durable medical equipment to neighbors navigating recovery and illness. The role is highly flexible, designed to respect work-life balance, with public hours on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12:30-4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations
• Spearhead fundraising efforts
• Partner with the Board to execute strategic plans
• Oversee financial goals and budget management
• Provide leadership and scheduling for volunteers
• Serve as the primary face of the organization across Henderson County and Western NC
• Assist the Board in recruiting new members and drafting compliant core policies

Pay

Salary range: $27,000 to $36,000 annually.

Schedule

Part-time, up to 30 hours per week, with public hours on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12:30-4:30 PM.
