Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and completes assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company
  • Overserves the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care
  • Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
  • Enhances the profitability of the agency; and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered

Required Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or a related field
  • Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
  • Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
  • Home care experience
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

  • The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment
