Executive Director

About the role

The Executive Director is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Arbor Terrace Sandy Springs, a new senior living community opening in mid-2027. This position involves full P&L responsibility and managing all aspects of community life, including developing and maintaining an outstanding team of department heads, ensuring high levels of customer and staff satisfaction, and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the community
• Developing and maintaining an outstanding team of department heads
• Maintaining a high level of customer and staff satisfaction
• Maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff
• Complying with all local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• ALM License in GA
• At least three years of experience in senior living operations management with a successful history meeting financial goals
• Thorough knowledge of best practices for employee performance management in keeping with all relevant HR standards
• Awareness of issues and trends affecting the industry
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word along with facility using a CRM system
