About the role
The Executive Director will provide leadership, vision, and oversight to the overall operations of Reflections Management and Care. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, experienced leader who has a passion for senior care and a proven track record in managing and growing a care management company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient, effective, and client-centered care management services.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth, sustainability, and quality improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of care managers, clinical staff, and administrative personnel, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and maintain all necessary certifications and accreditations.
- Foster and maintain relationships with referral sources, clients, and key community partners to drive business development and growth.
- Manage the company’s budget, financial operations, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and responsible use of company funds.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure that client care services meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive marketing efforts to increase visibility, promote the company’s services, and raise awareness of its mission within the community.
- Represent the company at local, state, and national levels, attending conferences, meetings, and networking events.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and professional development of staff, ensuring a highly competent and compassionate team.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to implement company-wide policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, nursing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in senior care management, with a preference for candidates who have experience as an Executive Director or in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and experience managing compliance in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of business development, including marketing and increasing referral sources.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A passion for senior care and improving the lives of those facing health challenges.
- Travel is required: A reliable vehicle is necessary as this position involves travel across multiple counties to serve our clients and network with referral sources.
