About the role

The Executive Director position at Pinnacle Treatment Centers requires either a Bachelor's degree with five years' experience in substance use disorders treatment facility or a Master's degree with two years' experience. Responsibilities

• Affirms compliance with CARF, State, and County Standards, including confidential regulations.
• Assists in developing, implementing, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Administers managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization.
• Participates in the Performance Improvement Plan for patient care, teammate retention, and performance.
• Ensures all teammates are assigned duties based on their education, training, competencies, and job descriptions.
• Maintains and monitors compliance with DEA requirements if applicable.
• Conducts annual performance reviews of supervisory, medical, and support team members.
• Completes required training courses for orientation and annual updates.
• Coordinates with the Contact Center for admissions program census management.
• Attends team meetings and completes all training courses on time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND five years' experience in substance use disorders treatment facility OR master's degree AND two years' experience in substance use disorders treatment facility.
• Five (5) years’ experience in management.
• Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorder or mental health treatment facility.
• Management skills in addressing human resources and financial matters.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to travel up to 25% including overnights, local events, and meetings.

Pay

Pay Range: $80,000-90,000 salary based on experience.
