Responsibilities
- Affirms compliance with CARF, State, and County Standards, including confidential regulations.
- Assists in developing, implementing, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Administers managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization.
- Participates in the Performance Improvement Plan for patient care, teammate retention, and performance.
- Ensures all teammates are assigned duties based on their education, training, competencies, and job descriptions.
- Maintains and monitors compliance with DEA requirements if applicable.
- Conducts annual performance reviews of supervisory, medical, and support team members.
- Completes required training courses for orientation and annual updates.
- Coordinates with the Contact Center for admissions program census management.
- Attends team meetings and completes all training courses on time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree AND five years' experience in substance use disorders treatment facility OR master's degree AND two years' experience in substance use disorders treatment facility.
- Five (5) years’ experience in management.
- Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorder or mental health treatment facility.
- Management skills in addressing human resources and financial matters.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to travel up to 25% including overnights, local events, and meetings.

Pay
Pay Range: $80,000-90,000 salary based on experience.
