Responsibilities

Ensure residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff at all levels throughout the community.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet the needs of the community and comply with state regulations.
Demonstrate strong performance management skills, including the ability to clearly communicate performance expectations.
Oversee and assist in the preparation of the community's annual budget, collaborating with the management team to ensure all departments consistently meet monthly budget goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required, along with at least four (4) years of related experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Assisted Living Administrator license, where required, within the prescribed time frame.
Experience working in senior care and memory care/dementia preferred.
A genuine compassion for and desire to work with older adults is required.

Qualifications
