Executive Director
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff at all levels throughout the community.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet the needs of the community and comply with state regulations.
- Demonstrate strong performance management skills, including the ability to clearly communicate performance expectations.
- Oversee and assist in the preparation of the community's annual budget, collaborating with the management team to ensure all departments consistently meet monthly budget goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, along with at least four (4) years of related experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Assisted Living Administrator license, where required, within the prescribed time frame.
- Experience working in senior care and memory care/dementia preferred.
- A genuine compassion for and desire to work with older adults is required.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:

$88,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience
