About the role

This role falls under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, and leads the day-to-day operations and overall performance of programs serving pregnant and parenting women in our residential programs, and parenting families, infants, toddlers, and young children in our community-based services and Child Enrichment Center.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all residential, early childhood, and community-based programs.
  • Participate with executive leadership in organizational planning and implement strategies that advance the mission, vision, and long-term goals of the organization.
  • Oversee program quality, licensing compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and support program leaders while fostering a collaborative, mission-focused culture.
  • Manage Family Services budgets, contracts, and financial resources in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, referral agencies, and stakeholders.
  • When needed, represent the organization through public speaking, media engagement, and community partnerships.
  • Support resource development efforts by cultivating partnerships, working with executive leadership to identify funding opportunities, and participating in donor engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading non-profit organizations, preferably in the field of family services or child welfare.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to build and maintain a collaborative, mission-focused culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
  • Experience in community partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
  • Passion for strengthening families and building thriving communities.
